The Society reserves the right to refuse membership applications. Members are bound by all resolutions, decisions, and policies of the Management Committee and General Meeting in accordance with the By-Laws.
All euro-denominated contributions are converted to Kenyan Shillings for the Society's accounts using the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) official exchange rate, reviewed quarterly. The Society does not guarantee a fixed exchange rate, and actual receipts may vary due to bank or foreign exchange charges.
Contributions are credited to member accounts as savings and applied towards housing projects approved by the Society. The Society does not offer loans, investment products regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya or the Central Bank of Ireland, or any financial product other than the savings and housing allocation scheme described in its By-Laws.
Allocation of housing units or serviced plots to members is subject to the Society's By-Laws and the terms approved by the General Meeting. The Society does not guarantee housing allocation to any specific member within a specific timeframe.
